What Tellcrest does
Tellcrest is software that reads evidence documents and helps generate structured review files for fraud investigations: key facts, source links, weak points, defense arguments, missing evidence, non-obvious findings, and next steps. It is a tool for attorneys and investigators. It does not provide legal advice, and its output is not a legal document until a licensed attorney reviews and approves it.
Who can use Tellcrest
You must be at least 18 years old to use Tellcrest. By creating an account, you confirm that you are authorized to handle the evidence you upload and that you have the legal right to use this software for its intended purpose.
Tellcrest is designed for licensed attorneys, government investigators, compliance professionals, and their authorized staff.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the evidence you upload. Tellcrest does not verify the authenticity, legality, or chain of custody of your documents.
- You are responsible for reviewing all output. Tellcrest generates draft review materials. A licensed attorney must review and approve everything before it is filed, submitted, or relied upon.
- You are responsible for your account security. Do not share your login credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
- You must not upload evidence you are not authorized to possess. Tellcrest is not responsible for unauthorized or illegally obtained documents.
How accurate is Tellcrest
Tellcrest uses Claude, an advanced AI system built by Anthropic, to analyze your documents. In testing, Tellcrest helps surface key facts, contradictions, evidence gaps, and non-obvious findings faster than manual first-pass review.
That said, Tellcrest is a tool that assists attorneys, not one that replaces them. Every review file is designed to include source references so users can verify findings against the original material. We built the system this way because we believe trust comes from showing your work, not from claiming perfection.
The law requires a licensed attorney to review and sign off on any legal filing. Tellcrest is designed for attorney review before any output is filed, submitted, or relied upon.
Important legal points
- Tellcrest is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
- Using Tellcrest does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Lukata Solutions.
- All output is a draft for attorney review. A licensed attorney must approve everything before it is filed or relied upon.
Your data
You own your data. The evidence you upload and the cases you create belong to you. Tellcrest does not claim any ownership over your content.
We protect your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on encryption, isolation, and data handling.
You can delete your data at any time. Deleting a case permanently removes all associated evidence and analysis.
Pricing
Tellcrest is currently free during early access. We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days notice and you will not lose access to cases you have already created.
How responsibility works
Tellcrest is a document review and analysis tool. You upload evidence, and Tellcrest helps analyze the material and organize it into a structured review file. The product is designed to reduce manual first-pass review work.
The attorney who reviews and files the case is responsible for the legal work product. Tellcrest provides organized information and source-linked draft analysis. The attorney makes the legal decisions.
Tellcrest is not liable for how the output is used after an attorney reviews and approves it. We provide a tool. You provide the judgment.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use Tellcrest in a way that could harm other users or our systems.
If we terminate your account, we will give you 30 days to export your data unless the termination is for a serious violation (fraud, abuse, or illegal activity).
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
